BVR approved on 08.11.2021. Fund request of Rs.10,83,06,905/- received from LAO and fund released to LAO on 21.03.2022. 19(1) declaration published on 18.07.2022. Award enquiry completed and award passed. Land taking possession completed on 28.11.2022.
GAD approved by Railways on 09.11.2022.
Letter sent to District Collector for the lease land transfer of Central Plantation Crop Research Institute on 10.02.22. Letter sent to DC on 09.02.2023 for the land transfer of Krishnapuram Village office. As instructed in the previous DICC meeting, letter sent to District Collector Alappuzha on 10.04.2023 for land transfer from CPCRI and Krishnapuram Village office.
Demolition of acquired structures and cutting of trees completed. On 19.06.2023, vide letter no. W.193/I/CN/ENS/RBDCK/LC 41 , CE Construction , Southern Railway informed that Railways has sanctioned the Estimate. TS Committe held on 06/11/2023 has issued Tecnical Sanction for the work. The Estimate was submitted to KIIFB for Sub project Revision. Vide Order No. PWD016-12/APR-3/2024/KIIFB dated 13/03/2024, KIIFB accorded sanction for the revised project outlay of Rs 36,24,61,119/- and directed SPV to take steps for identifying cost reduction and examine scope of implementation of the project in a phased manner and to resubmit proposal to KIIFB for re-examination. It is also informed that SPV shall not be permitted to initiate Tender process until reconfirmation is obtained from KIIFB. Reply to KIIFB has furnished on 15/03/2024.
