Kokkalai Flyover:
The alignment falls in the 3rd line of Indian Railway between Ernakulam to Shornur. Vide letter dated 11.07.2022, Railway informed that the GAD of ROB’s between Ernakulam and Shornur will be approved only after finalization of 3rd line.
Kizhakkekotta Flyover:
3 alignment options prepared and submitted to Thrissur Corporation for finalizing the alignment as the location is a heavily built-up area and several buildings will be affected. A meeting with Thrissur corporation was held on 17.03.2022 and 26.03.2022. They requested some modifications in the alignment options. Modified alignment submitted to Thrissur Corporation on 04.04.2022. Reminder letter send on 23.06.2022. Again a meeting with Thrissur mayor was conducted on 26.07.2022 to finalise the alignment. Awaiting approval from Thrissur Corporation. During the CMT meeting convened on 29.04.2023, it was directed to submit a detailed report to the Convener, DICC. The same was submitted on 16.05.2023. Reminder letter to Trissur Corporation submitted on 23.09.2023. RBDCK has given instruction to the DPR consultant for preparing the DPR and the same is progressing. |
