Current status DPR approved by KIIFB on 04.09.2021. LA to be taken up after getting approval of GAD from railways. Final GAD submitted to Railways on 17.02.2022. Reminder letter for approval of GADs submitted to Chief Administrative Officer, Southern Railway, Ernakulam and Chief Engineer (RSW), Sothern Railway, Chennai on 30.06.2022. Vide letter dated 11.07.2022, Railway informed that GAD of ROB’s between Ernakulam and Shornur will be approved only after finalization of 3rd line. Joint Site inspection held on 10/10/2023 along with Railways. Awaiting NOC from Railways.
