Roads and Bridges Development Corporation of Kerala

RBDCK is a corporation established and fully owned by the Government of Kerala and has been incorporated as a limited company under the Companies Act 1956 on 23rd September 1999. RBDCK mainly deals with the properties and assets comprising movables and immovable including land, road projects, railway over bridge projects, toll collection rights and works under construction. RBDCK is a company under the Public Works Department of Government of Kerala.

1956 ലെ കമ്പനി ആക്ട് പ്രകാരം 23.09.1999 സ്ഥാപിതമായ ആര്‍.ബി.ഡി.സി.കെ, കേരള സര്‍ക്കാരിന്‍റെ പൂര്‍ണ്ണ ഉടമസ്ഥതയില്‍ ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി ചെയര്‍മാനായുള്ള ബോര്‍ഡിന്‍റെ ഭരണ സംവിധാനത്തിന്‍ കീഴില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന ലിമിറ്റഡ് കമ്പനിയാണ്. റോഡ്, പാലം, റെയില്‍വെ മേല്‍പ്പാലം തുടങ്ങിയവ നിര്‍മ്മിക്കുക, അതിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള സ്ഥലമെടുപ്പ് ടോള്‍ പിരിവ് തുടങ്ങിയ സ്ഥാവരജംഗമ വസ്തുക്കള്‍ സ്വരൂപിക്കുക മുതലായ ആസ്തിവികസന പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ കേരള സര്‍ക്കാരിനുവേണ്ടി ആര്‍.ബി.ഡി.സി.കെ. ഏറ്റെടുത്ത് നടത്തിവരുന്നു.
